Lil’ Dragons: Ages 3 to 5 This class is designed to improve your child’s listening and comprehending skills. Also, enhancing your child's sensory and motor abilities by learning Kung Fu Basics while having fun. Some of these basics include body dynamics, respect, focus and coordination. Also, we teach Safety Skills like; Stranger Awareness, 911, Anti-Drugs, Fire Safety, Home Safety and we teach Life Skills; Listening, Balance, Team work, Cooperation, etc.
Kung Fu for Kids: Ages 6 to 13 This program is designed to help increase your child's learning abilities physically as well as mentally. Your child will become more flexible, coordinated and disciplined, which will improve his/her studying and behavior habits. Self Defense is taught through out the class.
Adult Kung Fu: 14 and up All students will be trained in the basic exercises, drills, hand and weapon forms. Within weeks, students will have improvement in their health, strength, and flexibility. Students will be taught at the rate of their own abilities, and in this respect, a high standard of Kung Fu is achieved. As the students progress, they will be taught more advanced hand forms, weapons and self defense techniques.
Tai Chi Chuan Tai Chi Chuan is a slow moving exercise for the individuals who wish to practice a less strenuous exercise program. Tai Chi improves balance, tones the body and promotes longevity. "Chi" or internal strength is acquired after practicing Tai Chi properly for quite some time. It is an exercise program for overall health and is known to aid with certain ailments and illnesses.
